2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 'LuBiGi'Dry Creek Valley
A pomegranate hue creates a stunning visual that is accompanied by aromas of salted dark chocolate and fresh cherries. Notes of black currant, pencil shavings, and fresh ground black pepper create a robust profile. Supple tannins join punctual acid on the palate.
Farmed regenerative organically, ‘LuBiGi’ is a harmonious compilation of all three Cabernet Sauvignon blocks on Guido Family Vineyard and is named for our children – Luca, Bianca, and Gianna. It was aged in neutral and new French oak for 19 months. It is equal parts piquant and playful.
