A pastel yellow hue accompanies the aromas of lemon verbena and ripe melon. Baked pear, wet granite, and a hint of mango round out the palate, delivering exceptional balance and a refreshing finish. This blend of Southern Italian grapes (75% Fiano and 25% Malvasia Bianca) can be enjoyed with or without food.
The Malvasia Bianca was aged in a concrete egg, while the Fiano underwent secondary fermentation in a neutral French oak barrel and was aged for 9 months.
