Pronounced cherry, raspberry, and sea spray aromas accentuate a hearty pink tone. Nectarine, pineapple, and a hint of early-season strawberry round out the palate. Exceptional balance and marked acidity keep it fresh but complex.
A blend of regenerative organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Zinfandel (20%) was aged for 90 days in a neutral oak puncheon.
