A vibrant canary tone accompanies the stunning aromas of white flowers, apricot blossoms, and yellow peach cobbler. Our juicy but crisp expression is light and refreshing, with pronounced minerality, salinity, and a hint of blood orange on the palate. Harvested on September 11th, the whole clusters were pressed upon arrival from Capp Inn Ranch Vineyard. Fermented and aged in neutral oak, stainless steel, and a concrete egg for eight months, this wine should be served well-chilled.
